Spring is in the air!
Flowers, grass cutting, and no more winter coats is almost here. I wanted to post a friendly reminder to start to get your properties ready for the warm weather.
The April inspections (4/1/24) for your community will focus on:
Christmas decorations that are still up
Flower bed cleanup
Lawn pre-emergent treatment
Faded paint on shutters.
