Thank you so much for your patience during our mainline construction phase to your Shannon Vista! We are excited and determined to give all of you the best possible experience with your new fiber internet services. OPENFIBER is committed to 100% restoration of any and all issues, as well as ensuring everything (lawns/natural areas) are restored to pre-construction conditions. We understand there are issues with your Bermuda Lawns, irrigation fixes and others due to your fiber infrastructure construction phase. Please know we have a shipment of Bermuda scheduled for delivery on May 22nd. The Landscape and Irrigation Restoration will begin within a few days from delivery.
For any and all issues caused by mainline construction please log your ticket for resolution to www.openfiberusa.com/contact then the "Construction Issues" button. (For any service/information inquiries, please use the "Sales and Service Inquires" button.) By you filling out this form on the website this streamlines and logs your issue/ticket until restored. Please be sure to enter all contact information and issues. The construction management will be taking care of these issues all at once which is a part of the 100% restoration process that takes place once mainline construction is complete. Please do not have a company come out to fix the issue as we will have it resolved in the order that it was received. We cannot guarantee reimbursement for any repair bills charged by an external company/contractor much like any other public utility company.
We will be completing a quality control check in the neighborhood of Shannon Vista once all mainline construction is completed, which includes resolving all issues with lawns, irrigation, and any other landscaping etc. We are also providing a 1-year guarantee after the system is repaired, which no external company will provide.
