Homeowners of Shannon Vista,
I met with our PMO yesterday and we have allocated to our contractor for Shannon Vista to be our next priority. Please know we have been working diligently restoring all communities within Union County where your new and true fiber optic infrastructure has been laid. Our PMO has been notified and you should start seeing our restoration crew within the next couple of weeks restoring Shannon Vista and any tickets that have been logged regarding issues to be addressed.
I did do an inspection in Shannon Vista yesterday and our temporary restoration does look good, however, I know you all hope for everything to be back to full pre-construction condition which is our goal for you our customer. Construction is never pleasant but I can assure you this new fiber optic internet experience will be very worth it as the end result. Note that some ducts and conduit will remain sticking up in some places while we are installing and testing your service for your homeowners. Thanks so much again for all your help and for all of your patience during this progress.
