The board would like to put out a few friendly reminders.
The pool closes at dusk. At this time we have the cards programmed to turn off at 8:30 pm. That means everyone needs to be off the pool deck by 9pm. It is a liability issue to be on the pool deck after dark. We are not insured for night swim due to no pool or deck lights. If we are in violation, the county can, and will shut our pool down.
Parents, we have kids in the pool after 9pm. Not sure if they are in before closing or climbing the fence. Please talk to your kids about the pool closing time and the liability issue that will be caused if they are caught on the pool deck or in the pool after dark. It is considered trespassing and they can be charged for it. The board was able to identify some of the kids off the camera footage and the parents have been talked to about this situation.
There is NO smoking or vaping on the pool deck. Please go outside the pool gate.
NO glass bottles or containers allowed on the pool deck. Everything needs to be in cans or plastic containers.
