Homeowner Feedback Needed: Common Areas

Hello Everyone!

The Board would like your thoughts on what can be placed in the common areas around Shannon Vista. Consider what you have seen in other communities and what sorts of activities would fit the spaces within your community.

Some examples include:

• manicured sports field

• enclosed dog park

• playground

• concrete pad with covered picnic tables

• communal seating with a stone fireplace

• manicured walking trails

• gazebo

Please communicate your thoughts for developing the common areas by placing a "request" in TownSQ with the title "Common Area".
