The HOA Board would like to update the residents on some recent changes.
As of this month, the HOA has brought on a new landscaping and management company.
The new landscaping company, Terra Green, has started serving the neighborhood as of today, September 14, 2020. Hopefully we all will be better served with this new vendor.
The new management company will being servicing our neighborhood starting November 15, 2020. This will allow for a smooth transition from the old company to the new. The Board is excited for Associa Management to begin serving the neighborhood as the current company has not provided the customer service we expected. We will send out further information on this transition as the date approaches.
Please remember all violations, hearings, and fines - new and old- sent by Braesael will carry over when the new company takes over. We encourage all residents to abide by the CCR’s to avoid receiving any letters.
